Your Role, At the heart of the Scale-Up
As Chief of Staff, you will be a key player in setting up and growing Komercon Trading Internationally from our Abu Dhabi office. You will work closely with the Managing Director and be involved in almost everything that matters as we establish our regional platform.
This is not a traditional staff role. It is for someone who enjoys:
- building an organization from the ground up,
- connecting people, ideas and activities,
- turning ambition into concrete action.
You naturally move between strategy and execution. One moment you help define strategic direction, the next you are hands-on making things happen. You act as a sparring partner, organizer and trusted counterpart, internally and externally.
What you will be doing In practice, you will help Komercon take root and grow International from our new Abu Dhabi office by:
- bringing structure and clarity to plans, priorities and daily operations
- strengthening alignment between the Netherlands-based team and International activities
- coordinating and driving key initiatives and projects
- contributing to organisational setup, processes and team building
- supporting the Managing Director in preparation, decision-making and representation
The role will evolve with the company. You help shape it.
